During that time the Customer Service Panel will be unavailable and therefore some operations will not be available, such as online account balance check and top-up, mobile application, balance viewing via a text message, registration via the website and account top-up at Customer Service Facilities. Please check the account balance before the maintenance break starts and top up the funds on the pre-paid account if necessary. Maintenance break does not influence toll charges for a journey, but some delay may occur in an update of transactions data.
