viaTOLL is the electronic toll collection system which is in force on selected sections of Polish roads. Since 1 July 2011 every driver travelling on the indicated toll road network by a motor vehicle or a combination of vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of over 3.5 tonnes has been required to use the viaTOLL system.

The final list of sections covered by the viaTOLL system has been specified by the Ministry of Infrastructure by Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the list of national roads or their sections on which the toll shall be collected electronically, and the rates of electronic toll payment.

The list of roads covered by the viaTOLL System:
